The journey of life is to be travelled by you... the goal of life also belonged to you! You are the master and governor of your life... you have to decide your goal of life! Most human beings on mother earth left things to chance... thinking God Almighty controlled everything in cosmos... never realizing that they were directly instrumental in manifesting their karma!

As we indulged... as we performed karma... accordingly manifested our destiny! At any given stage of life every human being has two goals of life... one undertaken by our soul atman... the spirit within and other by the physical manifest self... the human being we are! The ultimate goal of life for our soul atman is always fixed... reach 8.4 millionth manifestation... last in cosmic life cycle!

But how many human beings world over understood this absolute fact of life! None seemed to travel spiritual path that took directly to God Almighty! The spiritual goal of life is always travelled in stages step-by-step. All in all God Almighty ordained a long journey of 1.1 million manifestations in human form... that entailed an earthly life cycle of 12.4 million years!

Spiritual path... spiritual journey had its pitfalls! At a certain stage of life one even fails to distinguish between our parents, brothers and sisters... all loved ones and the masses! For a serious traveler of spiritual path... the whole world becomes one family! For a traveler of spiritual path... all religions... all forms of worship were directed towards one God... Brahman himself!

Understanding Bhagavad Gita meaning serious seekers of spirituality finally reached God! But travelling spiritual path is the biggest hindrance! None wanted to leave familial bondages... one so lovingly cherished! Not only living beings... we loved material attachments of mortal world even though they never took us near God!

Whatever our goal of life... but forming a goal in life is of utmost importance! Most human beings on mother earth never formed a goal in life... their life was like a rudderless boat going round and round in the ocean! At this stage of life you had to decide... what you want of life... the spiritual or religious path!

When 15 years of age I asked leave of my mother to go in search of God leaving confines of home forever! She simply said, "Over my dead body"... if you ever think of leaving the house again... I shall go to nearby Ganges canal and jump! I promised my mother one thing... I shall not leave the confines of house ever without her permission... no matter what!

I was always firm in my dealing with my mother who gave me birth!

I started pursuing my search of God living within the confines of family! It was a tough job... I thought! Whatever knowledge I had gained till then, I had inferred that to search for God... one had to leave confines of home... go to a secluded spot in Himalayas (deep dense forests) for contemplation... for contemplation on God Almighty!

Perhaps I was wrong in my surmise. 25 years of yoga meditation I finally realized God in 1993 at 37 years of age! This is my last manifestation on mother earth... 8.4 millionth manifestation... when after leaving mortal frame... I shall but attain salvation (moksha) forever! If we have the will... we can always do it... no matter how many hurdles we faced in life!

Since the beginning of life... my goal of life was always clear... search for God no matter what! Even if God Almighty came disguised and asked me to quit my goal of life... I would never have done that! My faith in God Almighty always was hundred percent! Never in my life had I an iota of doubt on existence of God Almighty!

I existed as a soul atman because God Almighty existed. I did not come unto this world of my own! I came because it was to be!

Spirituality is something very distinct from religion... path of rituals! Whatever you narrate in your query pertains to religion... not spirituality! Path of spirituality is without ifs and buts! In the field of pure spirituality... usage of terminology such as, I want to do this... I want to do that is prohibited! We decide the goal and go-ahead... there is never a chance for any doubt whatsoever!

If you truly desire following path of spirituality... indulgence in Bhagavad Gita all the time was necessitated! Apart from understanding Bhagavad Gita meaning... we had to indulge in path of self enquiry (path of Neti... not this, not this) to reach God Almighty in present life! Maharishi Ramana practiced it all the time... and so did all spiritual seekers!

Even though numerous Bhagavad Gita essays were available online... but how many people truly understood the meaning and purport of Bhagavad Gita! The contents of Srimad Bhagavad Gita are not that easily understood! Unless one succeeded in establishing absolute control over five senses and mind... meaning of Bhagavad Gita chapters never became clear!

In present times... our indulgence in Bhagavad Gita in Sanskrit was not necessitated! The original gist of Bhagavad Gita transliteration in Hindi and English was available from Bhagavad Gita press, Gorakhpur, India or directly from booksellers at major railway stations of India! After all... the teachings of Bhagavad Gita were not that difficult to understand as people thought!

Karma was the biggest hindrance on path of pure spirituality! As we negated our karma... accordingly increased purity of our soul atman! The moment complete karma negated to zero... one became an enlightened one... knower of all... finally reaching stage of Nirvikalpa Samadhi... when one could have a dialogue with God on one-to-one basis!

On path of pure spirituality nothing happens of its own ever! Unless we indulged in teachings contained in Bhagavad Gita... travel of spiritual path always remained a distant dream! Cutting across shackles of karma was not that easy... prime reason why God Almighty ordained a long journey of 1.1 million manifestations in human form to reach stage of enlightenment (kaivalya)!

Think over your goal of life twice... many times! Think what is beneficial for you or not! Do not ever attempt to travel spiritual path without burning your karma in totality. Siddhartha Gautama committed this mistake in the early stages of life. Just by touching feet of wife and child he thought, he was absolved of all traces of karma forever!

Subsequently Siddhartha Gautama realized his folly! Finally Siddhartha Gautama preached following middle path... neither remaining in family one realized God... reached end of cosmic journey... nor living within confines of deep dense jungles (forests)! He advised taking middle path... which also ultimately was a misnomer! Why?

The existence of Buddhist monks all over world is a farce! Stated in simpler words... every wandering monk is a parasite on society. Unless we burnt our karma in totality... we had no right to leave confines of home! Eradication of karma requires highest level of patience, persistence and perseverance that could ever be practiced by human beings!

How many Buddhist monks truly understood meaning of spirituality... perhaps none! Unless we burnt our karma... we could never travel spiritual path sincerely and diligently! Prime reason why we find not hundreds but many thousands religious Wanderers located in religious centres like Haridwar, Rishikesh and Varanasi... never ever realizing truthful facts of spiritual life!

If we truly desire reaching God in present life... we can always do it living within confines of family! If I could do it... so could others! While living within the family... pursuing spiritual path is really difficult... but not impossible! For travelling spiritual path sincerely and diligently... willpower exhibited by Swami Vivekananda was necessitated!

Unless we became a Swami Vivekananda in real life... we could never travel spiritual path... no matter what! Why remain under a misnomer that God Almighty can be reached via path of religion... path of rituals! Prime reason why in last about 150 years amongst 7 billion people existing world over... only Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Maharishi Ramana reached God!

Reaching God is not an achievement one could feel proud of! Achievements... glorification are words of physical manifest world... never spiritual terminology! Half baked theories preached by religious preachers of present times never carried any meaning! The world is full of them. We can find hordes of TV channels dedicated to so-called religious preachers of present times!

One must never look forward to religious people with disdain. Everyone has a right to live! Everyone was born independent of other! To choose or not to choose is our sole prerogative... prime reason why God gave us free will to exercise! Whatever we desire in life... we must feel free to pursue! That was what humanity and mankind all about!
