Almighty God

Query: I am a devotee of God Shiva and meditating on him. I have seen God for few seconds arround 4:00AM in 2001 but after that I left meditation. Now I am again starting Meditation. Ask to God and tell me when i got full vision of God (Aatam Shakshatkaar, Bhagwan ke darshan).

You have not reached even the basic level of spirituality... you desire seeing God Almighty in all its glory. Why? What is the reason that you want to see God Almighty in human form! Is that really possible? Does God Almighty exist in the human form! Is there someone like Lord Shiva that ever manifested Mother Earth?

No... There has never been one like Lord Shiva in the history of mankind! Lord Shiva is simply an attribute of God Almighty... the most powerful attribute... one who controls death of all beings! Lord Shiva is the ultimate maintainer... the destroyer... the master and controller of the whole Cosmos! Why?

Amongst all the three attributes of God Almighty in Hinduism... the form of Lord Shiva is considered most powerful! Lord Brahma... is considered the Creator of the Cosmos! Lord Vishnu... The maintainer! And Lord Shiva... the destroyer... the ultimate maintainer! Unless there is death in the Cosmos... new living beings simply cannot germinate!

All God Brahma, Bhagwan Vishnu and Lord Shiva (aka Mahesh in Hinduism) form the Hindu trinity of gods. These three entities simply represent God Almighty. God Almighty is not the form of human beings. God Almighty is not Sakaar (having form)! God Almighty always has been Nirakaar (without a form) ever since the beginning of time!

To imagine the existence of God Almighty equivalent in the human form is a big misnomer... resulting from sheer ignorance of the cosmic system... the path of spirituality! The Creator of entire Cosmos... how can it be like a mortal human being! God Almighty is a cluster of purified souls' atmans in the Cosmos at a given point of time.

The definition of God Almighty is... the combined power of all purified souls atmans in the Cosmos at a given point of time! This power of God Almighty when specified in terms of volume amounts to the size of half a thumb. Does it mean God Almighty is the size of half a thumb... yes, the truth is so!

When the dissolution of the Cosmos occurs... and all souls' atmans reach their cosmic end... the 8.4 millionth manifestation... the stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana)... devoid of all impurities dross within... the size of entire Cosmos reduces to the size of half a thumb! And what is this half a thumb?

Devoid of all dross impurities within... the collective volume of all purified souls atmans in the Cosmos is the size of half a thumb. Bhagavad Gita the most sacred Scripture of Hinduism on Mother Earth is absolutely clear about this fact... the prime reason why we say, God is everywhere!

When the complete dissolution of the Cosmos occurs... and the entire Cosmos reduces to the size of half a thumb... God Almighty regains its original pure pristine form... the size of half a thumb! God Almighty... the cluster of all purified souls atmans in the Cosmos unable to contain itself for long in its prime pure state again explodes with a big bang.

This explosion... the Mother of all explosions... the big bang causes the start of a new cosmos... a new beginning of life! Does it mean the Cosmos gets created when God Almighty explodes self... yes, the truth is so! All souls' atmans due to the explosion of the big bang scatter all over the Cosmos at unimaginable speed.

These hurtling souls' atmans in their cosmic sojourn gather impurities on the way! To cleanse themselves of the impurities within... all souls atmans undergo a series of manifestations... an earthly abode of 96.4 million years and a total of 8.4 million manifestations before it regains its original pure pristine form!

The initial 7.3 million manifestations are spent as insect, plant and animal life! The balance 1.1 million manifestations are spent in the human form! Does it mean every human being has a total of 1.1 million manifestations... an earthly journey of 12.4 million years to reach the stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and finally salvation (moksha)... yes, the truth is so!

Having manifested the human form... the prime purpose of the human journey is reaching the end of the cosmic journey... the 8.4 millionth manifestation when the life cycle for the soul atman comes to an end forever! It is our soul atman that is the master and controller of the body and not vice versa. It is not within the power of the human body to manifest a soul atman!

Having manifested the human form... we need traveling the spiritual path if we desire to see and meet God Almighty in this very life. Never by traveling the religious path one gains enlightenment! Following a religion is a ritual... that is followed inherently by all human beings! If I am born in a Christian family, I am bound to follow Christian religion.

Religion primarily helps one in sojourn of 70 to 80 years of physical manifest life. If we desire reaching the end of cosmic journey... we need traveling the spiritual path! Bhagavad Gita... the most sacred Scripture of Hinduism existing on Mother Earth is the end of all! The knower of Bhagavad Gita finally becomes the knower of all!

It is only by traveling the spiritual path one proceeds further ahead in cosmic life. For knowing the real self of us... for realizing God... for self realization... for understanding God... traveling the spiritual path is a necessity! It is only spirituality that leads one directly to enlightenment and finally salvation.

What purpose would it serve if we have intermittent visions of God Almighty! The truth lay in reaching the stage of Nirvikalpa Samadhi... when one has a dialogue with God on one-to-one basis and that too permanently! Reaching the stage of Nirvikalpa Samadhi is the end of all... one finally reaches the stage of enlightenment and salvation!

To cut across the shackles of Moha (bondage of affection) we need controlling the five senses and the mind in its entirety. Furthermore we need following the path of absolute truthfulness sincerely. Only then we hear the sweet small voice of our soul atman distinctly. Hearing the sweet small inner voice of my soul atman I finally reached the stage of self realization!

Another important ingredient on the path of spirituality is practicing absolute celibacy for a minimum period of 12 years in continuation. Practicing celibacy voluntarily is very difficult yet, not impossible! Practicing Neti (the Shavasana path of yoga)... as preached and advocated by Maharishi Ramana one finally transcends the barriers of ephemeral world.

Spirituality is neither about singing bhajans in praise of God Almighty... nor meditating blindly on any aspect of God! Before meditation we need to understand truly the meaning of yoga meditation. Yoga is termed meditation in English. Yoga has been derived from the base root Yog... that means the process of synthesizing between the two!

Ever since a soul atman separated from its source, God Almighty... it continually attempts to merge with God Almighty at the earliest! This attempt of soul atman is termed yoga meditation. As in Hindi two Yog two equals four... the attempt of soul atman to merge with mighty atman... Parmatman... Brahman... God Almighty is termed yoga meditation!

A glimpse of God Almighty made you attracted towards God. What if we commune with Almighty God on a permanent basis every second of life! Ever since I realized God in 1993 I am in direct commune with God Almighty every second of life. Such experiences can never be expressed in words.

Spirituality primarily is beyond the capture of five senses and the mind! It is only when we cut across the shackles of the five senses and mind... the larger picture... the entire picture of the Cosmos and God Almighty emerge! God Almighty is not what most human beings in India... world over imagine it to be.

Above 99% people indulging in meditation yoga do not know the meaning of meditation nor yoga! Ignorance is not bliss in such circumstances! Traveling the uncharted path of spirituality requires a phenomenal level of integrity and will power! Most human beings fail midway. Deciding the goal of life is of utmost importance... we are not supposed to quit midway!

Before embarking on the path of spirituality... we need decide what we actually desire in life. Having a goal in life is journey half covered. In absence of goal our life is like a rudderless boat going round and round in the ocean. Above 99% people world over never have a goal in life... They fail to accomplish anything worthwhile on the spiritual path!

If you seriously desire having a dialogue with God Almighty on one-to-one basis... you need traveling the spiritual path in absolute sincerity. Practicing meditation yoga in Shavasana pose of yoga... one ultimately reaches the stage of enlightenment and salvation. The path of Neti (not this, not this) is a sure shot method of reaching God Almighty at the earliest.

I have seen people going to temple religiously for decades but to no avail! They never achieved anything worthwhile on the spiritual path. The Bhakti path of yoga at certain stage merges with the path of jnana yoga. It is the path of jnana yoga following which one finally transcends all barriers of mortal life.

Decide for yourself what you ultimately want in life! Only then you shall reach the goal of your life!
