I want to follow brahmacharya. But i am not able to do that due to night fall.
I had initially some bad habit masturbation. I am also practicing Yoga but not
able to follow brahmacharya vrata.

You do not
dwell in thoughts of celibacy (aka Brahmacharya Vrata) which is a prerequisite
for following the path of Brahmacharya! Celibacy Brahmacharya cannot be followed
half-heartedly. It needs to be practiced in totality! Unless one understands the
meaning of celibacy, Brahmacharya Vrata, Yoga... meditation... you would not gain
much in your spiritual pursuit of life.
Following
the path of celibacy commands that we treat all womenfolk world over as our mothers,
sisters or daughters! There can never be a fourth relationship with any woman
if we truly desire following the path of Brahmacharya Vrata... celibacy! It truly
is difficult but not impossible. Before we indulge further on the subject of Brahmacharya
celibacy... we need to understand the meaning of celibacy.
Brahmacharya
celibacy can never be followed in words and deeds only. It needs to be followed
in thoughts also. A single thought of any woman during night time can result in
sweet dreams (night fall)... something undesirable on the path of spirituality!
To remove all thoughts related to womenfolk even from our dreams we need to treat
every woman existing on Mother Earth either as our mother, sister or daughter!
This
practice needs to be followed not literally but in totality! Even a single error
would land us in jeopardy. God Almighty allocates a particular quota of energy
to every man and woman every month. Some destroy this cosmic energy through masturbation...
others while it away in unnecessary sexual indulgences! Why lose the precious
quota of energy destined to mankind every month.
It
is this quota of energy when maintained and preserved for a minimum of 12 years
results in full awakening of the Kundalini and the incumbent finally reaching
the stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and salvation (moksha) in this very
life! In absence of proper practice of celibacy... no human being can guarantee
traveling the spiritual path in right earnestness.
Masturbation
in itself is never bad. But excessive indulgence in masturbation leads to physical
weakening which youngsters may not realize... but the cosmic truth can never be
belied! Highly successful people... are not sexually disinclined... they rather
transmute this precious cosmic energy into channels that lead straight to their
goal of life!
If
we ever think of reaching the goal of life... we need to preserve this quota of
energy ordained by God Almighty to every human being month after month! Celibacy
Brahmacharya is never about spirituality alone... to be successful in life we
need practice celibacy Brahmacharya Vrata absolutely voluntary and without preconditions.
The celibacy mantra demands
highest level of spiritual practice! Treating all womenfolk as our mother, sister
or daughter is extremely difficult... but not impossible to practice! Not even
1% people world over are able to practice celibacy Brahmacharya Vrata in totality!
It is only one in a million who stands out and boldly announces having reached
the goal of life! It is these people who make life meaningful and worthy of living!

state you practice yoga and also meditation. You fail to understand that yoga
in Hindi is termed as meditation in English. We need to understand the meaning
of yoga meditation in totality! Yoga meditation does not mean sitting in a closed
dark room with a small lit bulb in the center! Yoga meditation means synthesis...
the effort of the soul atman to merge with God Almighty... the supreme soul at
the earliest!
Yoga
in English is derived from Yog in Hindi. Yog in Hindi stands for synthesizing
two things together! The effort of our soul atman to liberate itself forever from
the cycle of birth and death and reach the kingdom of God (aka Baikuntha in Hinduism)
is termed as Yog in Hindi. In simple words two Yog two equals four!
Nothing
in the spiritual domain needs to be practiced ritually and without understanding
the basic concepts therein! The prime reason why most people never gain enlightenment
(kaivalya jnana) in their lifetime! Going to the temples, churches or mosques
carry no meaning! If we truly desire meeting God one-day... we need to practice
absolute celibacy Brahmacharya Vrata... the only path to gaining enlightenment
and salvation!
Involuntary
or forced celibacy does not serve any purpose in life! Many religious institutions
advocate and impart practicing involuntary celibacy! Such institutions... their
teachings never truly understand the meaning of celibacy... leave alone practicing
it! Swami Vivekananda truly practiced absolute celibacy Brahmacharya Vrata!
Swami
Vivekananda... the famous disciple of Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa was absolutely
clear about everything in life! He was never after gaining enlightenment and salvation
in his lifetime. Neither did he gain enlightenment or salvation in his life! He
was a true symbol and advocate of community upliftment. He wanted to help the
poor... the downtrodden denizens of the society!
He
made it absolutely clear to Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa... his spiritual master
guru that he kept the benefit of the community above all. His every effort in
life was always for the benefit of the community... never otherwise! He was the
best orator the world has ever seen! He never minced words lest the people judge
him wrongly!
In
the earlier stages of his life, Swami Vivekananda wanted to see and meet God in
this very life! The moment his Guru... the spiritual master Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa
made him see God Almighty... he refused pursuing God as the goal of his life!
Had he pursued enlightenment and salvation as the goal of life... he would have
worked for the benefit of one lone individual... which was contrary to his ideals
as he wanted to work for the masses!
In
principle... decide why we want to pursue the path of absolute celibacy... Brahmacharya
Vrata! The moment the goal of life becomes clear... it is not difficult to follow
the path of celibacy Brahmacharya Vrata in totality! The moment I truly understood
the meaning of celibacy and Brahmacharya Vrata... gaining self realization was
not far behind! My Kundalini awakened fully absolutely unknown to me.

I want to follow brahmcharya. But i am not able to do that

and dhat syndrome. I had initially some bad habit masturbation but from 5 years
i am not doing any Masturbating or pornography. I am also practicing Yoga. Leaving
bed i do my dincharya then i started my yoga. ASANA (Headstand, Shoulderstand,
inverted shoulderstand or chhek stand, handstand) from 5 years PRANAYAMA (Bhastrika)
from 3 years MUDRA & BANDHA (Vajroli(cotraction of pelvic floor), Uddyana,
mula, jalandhar) from 3 years MEDITATION (Mantra) from 1/2 years i am also practicing
diet cantrol (no meat, egg, basi food) try to take raw food. eat only two time
but i am not able to follow brahmcharya.
