Now a days my mind is completely occupied by Kama. How can I overcome kama and
concentrate on other things?

If going
to the temple really helped... the whole community would be sitting on the doorsteps
of every temple in the World. Going to the temples is only a ritual and ritual
never helps one proceed on the path of pure Spirituality
for most of the rituals are followed blindly without any iota of the meaning of
what is being discussed upon or discoursed.
Belief
in God is not related to going to the temples. Everyone has an atman the soul
within his self... and this Atman is of the same nature as God Almighty. atman
the soul within is but a minuscule form of God. It is because of this Atman (the
soul) present within a body that we pray
to god.
I
have been in my life to a temple many times when I was young but I was never told
of the merits of going to a temple. Whenever I had a query... there was no one
present including my parents who were willing to satisfy my queries. At a certain
stage in life I lost complete interest in the temples... it is almost above 25
years that I have been to a temple excepting maybe once every year on the insistence
of my family and that to on the occasion of Mahavir Jayanti (the most revered
festival of Jain community... the birth
date of Bhagwan Mahavira) the 24th Tirthankara of Jainism.

If

I believe in God and his power. I goto temple very often and I am 27, a male bachelor.
Now a days my mind is completely occupied by kama. Is it my age or myself. Does
all people of my age feel this? How can I overcome kama and concentrate on other
things? Please suggest me and put me in light of wisdom.
