Could we get some answers from you as to how Kriya yoga differs from Kundalini
yoga as I have but faintest idea that both work on chakras principle and thats
about it. Also depending on one's own Karma in last birth, is it possible to get
rid of purvapaap by practising Kriya yoga in this birth and further on spiritual
path?

I am not
exactly aware of the process of Kriya yoga! What truly concerns is... following
the path of pranayama... the correct breathing process... as followed in Raja
yoga, vipassana etc. and what does pranayama... the correct breathing truly mean!
The
gist of all forms of yoga meditation is reaching God Almighty. Some call it enlightenment,
others self realization! Whatever the nomenclature... the essence of yoga meditation
at any given point of time always remain the same.
And
what does yoga meditation actually mean? Yoga in English is termed meditation!
Yoga is derived from the root word Yog which in Hindi stands for synthesis between
the two! The effort of our soul atman to merge with Brahman... Parmatman... God
Almighty himself is termed yoga!
Ever
since every soul atman separated from its source, God Almighty himself... it tries
merging with the supreme whole at the earliest possible! Here we need to understand
it is our soul atman that has manifested the body to work out its Karma... remove
the dross impurities within! It is not within the capability of the body to manifest
a soul atman.
Our
soul atman being the master and controller of the body... it becomes imperative
for the body... the human form to continue trying ways and means to merge with
God Almighty at the earliest! Every form of yoga meditation is a step towards
God! Kriya yoga also must mean that.
Primarily
we need to focus on our breathing process! It is our soul atman that needs the
breathing... not the human form! Devoid of breathing... the soul atman immediately
leaves the body to decay and die! The essence of yoga meditation is lying in the
Shavasana pose of yoga and concentrating on the breathing process!
Lying
in the dead pose we slowly realize... something inside us that resides within
our heart needs fresh air to keep going. If we truly reach the source... our soul
atman... we would immediately realize God... merge with God Almighty!
Neti
(not this, not this) as preached and advocated by Maharishi Ramana is a sure shot
method of reaching God Almighty at the earliest. Neti is best performed in the
Shavasana pose of yoga! Following the path of Neti... one finally transcends all
barriers of ephemeral world!
Kundalini
yoga... the awakening of the Kundalini is not directly related to Kriya yoga or
any other form of yoga! By Kundalini yoga we mean awakening of the Kundalini fully!
The Kundalini energy... the Kundalini Shakti that lies coiled within our spine
needs to be released... rather needs to be raised to the level of forehead!
By
practicing absolute celibacy for a minimum period of 12 years in continuation...
full awakening of the Kundalini is possible! In absence of voluntary practice
of celibacy... full awakening of the Kundalini shall never occur. The full awakening
of the Kundalini results in opening of Shahastra Pushpa within our brain (that
exists behind our forehead).
The moment
this happens... one finally reaches the stage of Nirvikalpa Samadhi... when one
has permanent communion with God Almighty on one-to-one basis! Reaching the stage
of Nirvikalpa Samadhi announces reaching the 8.4 millionth manifestation... the
last in the cosmic life cycle! One finally gains enlightenment (kaivalya jnana)
and salvation (moksha) forever.
In
my personal life I was never after awakening of the Kundalini! At 17 years of
age I did not know what Kundalini meant! The moment I realized God in 1993...
I came to know my Kundalini had fully awakened absolutely unknown to me.
Awakening
of the Kundalini is not a small feature. God Almighty ordained a human life cycle
of 1.1 million manifestations (an earthly abode of 12.4 million years) for full
awakening of the Kundalini! We must always remember... we have one life to live!
Who knows what we shall be in the next manifestation... why not travel the spiritual
path now!
The
foremost of all things in life is forming a definite goal of present life. Pursuing
this goal with the bulldog determination of Winston Churchill with all eggs in
one basket is the true essence of life! I exactly did that... I still favor all
pursuing the same path. Most human beings do not carry a fixed goal in life...
their life is like a rudderless boat going round and round in the ocean!
Having
a fixed goal in life journey half covered. Whenever we talk of a goal in life...
we mean the present manifestation! The journey of the human form is limited by
the present sojourn only! It is our soul atman that has manifested this form.
Depending on the residual balance of karma... our soul atman... our real self
shall manifest another form in the next life cycle!
Our
present self... and the form manifested in next manifestation shall have no direct
connection. It is imperative we travel the spiritual path now and reach the end
of the journey... the 8.4 millionth manifestation! Journey in human form is limited
by one life of 70 to 80 years... the present sojourn!
The
next life... the next form does not belong to us... it belongs to our soul atman
within! Our present body is a mere garment for the soul atman within. The moment
final exams are over... it is time for holidays! The moment holidaying is over...
it is a new class... a new blazer one manifests! Our soul atman also manifests
a new form... an altogether new journey of life!
Amongst
all the forms of karma, Prarabdha karma is the most difficult to overcome! We
never know when the fruits of Prarabdha karma become available to one. If the
residual balance of Prarabdha karma is positive... one wins a sudden lottery in
present life... what if the residual balance of Prarabdha karma is negative?
The
mantra for the Prarabdha karma is not available to one. In my entire life I have
given this mantra only to two people till date! This mantra can only be given
to suitable candidates! No point giving books of class 10 to a student of class
one! Merely by asking... no Mantra can ever be given to one... the prime reason
why mantras can never be put on Internet!
If
we have a negative residual balance of karma from previous manifestations... the
only alternative for us is indulging in positive karma... Punya karma all the
time! Initially we need to neutralize the bad effects of the negative karma from
the previous manifestations. Furthermore we need to accumulate Punya karma...
positive karma to proceed higher up the spiritual path!
When
arrives the right time... I give mantra to deserving candidates. The celibacy
mantra is also powerful one. For full awakening of the Kundalini we need practicing
it all the time! Most articles on my website contain clues on the spiritual path.
In some... extracts of the mantra are also hidden! It is for the serious seeker
of spirituality to unearth! How and when... is the sole prerogative of individual
human being!

yoga after reading Autobiography of a yogi as we were experiencing distress in
life with not experiencing happiness and peace. but now we are eager to merge
with Almighty nomatter how many births we take...
