Query: What is the best way to awaken my Kundalini?

To consider that you are energy is absolutely wrong. How can the body be a source of energy? Yes, our atman the soul within residing in our heart is a boundless source of energy... It is God Almighty himself in minuscule form. If a grain of salt is an atman the soul within then the mound of sand is Parmatman, Karta or God Almighty!

We have to keep the body engulfing atman the soul within always apart from our real self, which is our atman the soul within. It is our atman the soul within that has taken the body and not vice versa.

Our Atman the soul within is an energy source unthinkable by human mind... It can never be perveived with the limited power of senses. But can we consider the power of kundalini... also a great source of coiled energy within our body to be of same nature as our atman the soul within! No... Not in the least! Awakening of kundalini is a process that every serious seeker of Spirituality pursues if one desires realizing God within ones lifetime. The power of kundalini makes a Buddha out of an ordinary mortal.

One is the means to achieving an end and other the goal itself. Awakening of Kundalini is the path... Realizing God that makes our atman the soul within come back to its pristine pure glorious form... the end itself, the final goal of every spiritual seeker! Having realized God one reaches the stage of 8.4 millionth manifestation... the last leg of cosmic journey undertaken by our atman the soul within.

Before we prolong our discussion on kundalini and atman the soul within (the most potential source of energy ever present within us)... we need to understand what we truly desire in present life. We need to establish a firm goal of our spiritual pursuits. This is different from the goal we establish as a physical form the community recognizes us by. We always live two lives at the same time... always and ever!

One is the life we live as a human being... as a physical being and another the life lived by our atman the soul within. The physical manifested life (the life of the body) is limited by 70 to 80 years. On the contrary the cosmic life lived by our atman the soul within has no intermediate stages excepting manifesting one form after another. our atman the soul within is indestructible... it goes on changing body after another until it reaches the 8.4 millionth manifestation... the last leg in the life of an atman the soul within.

Beyond the 8.4 millionth manifestation there is no life for atman the soul within. Having reached its destination... our atman the soul within comes back to its pristine glorious form... the form of pure Atman soul as it was at the time of big bang (the time of origination of the cosmos). This atman the soul within has reached the stage of immortality... it need not reincarnate again. All dross having removed... this atman the soul within can attain salvation (moksha in Hinduism)... go to Baikuntha (the kingdom of God).

The presence of an atman the soul within every body indicates that the form of a human being... the highest in the stage of manifestation every atman soul can ever achieve... is practically devoid of any pain and suffering. It is like the two sides of a coin. Looking at a tumbler which is half full... one can say that it is half empty and the other who remains contented considers the tumbler half full.

Pain and suffering are part of life. We have night... we also have the day. We have a negative... we also have positive. We have fire... we also have water. If we continue thinking of the past and do not strive forward to live a positive oriented life... there is nothing rather there is none who can help such an ignorant one. The teacher teaches the same to the complete class yet one comes first and the other last.

The fault lies not with the teacher. It is the aptitude of the student towards life whether one comes first or the last. Merely stating that your friend... a girl 15 years is being mistreated by her parents is a misnomer as none can kill or destroy atman the soul within the body of your friend. She has got to realize that she is on the highest platform of cosmic life... the form of a human being she possesses can only be achieved after passing through a long chain of 7.1 million manifestations... a long earthly journey indeed!

Such people as your friend can only be pitied for they fail to realize that they are a potential source of energy on Mother Earth as one has within us the power of our atman the soul within. We need to understand and realize the truth. Bhagavad Gita... the doctrine put forward by Lord Krishna contains everything knowable in whole cosmos. Following the dictates therein one can not only overcome difficulties faced while living life as a human being... rather one can become a living Ramakrishna Paramhansa or a Maharishi Ramana or reach the status of Gautama Buddha.

To pity self is the easiest thing for one to do. It is the hell served for breakfast that is difficult to digest. We need to work out our Karma that we overcome the difficulties that come our way (on the spiritual or the physical manifested path). Prayers when done rightly are a potential source of energy and inspiration. We are not born animals that we cannot understand meaning of prayers. We need to indulge... in things that take us towards the ultimate goal of life.

There are many in this world who await the same fate as your friend... find them... form a company of like-minded people... slowly but steadily progress towards the ultimate goal of life... one day we shall find success awaiting us! God Almighty always helps one who fights his way towards achieving his goal of life. We might falter many times but our determination shall make us face the adversities again and again! What have we got to loose... We are already suffering. The pain is felt every now and then in the journey of life... Who knows what awaits one in times to come!

May be we reach our pot of gold in a short while from now. We need remember here that our atman the soul within always prompts us from within on the right path ever and always. If we invoke pure thoughts all the time... we can distinctly hear the voice of our atman the soul within that always guides us on the right path. Prompted by our atman the soul within one can complete the journey of life early.

Regarding awakening of Kundalini... one needs to climb the ladder of Spirituality by practicing Neti (not this, not this... the path followed by Maharishi Ramana) and gradually reaching the stage of Nirvikalpa Samadhi in the end. Practicing celibacy continuously for a minimum period of 12 years is a must for awakening of Kundalini. Celibacy is not merely a physical concept of life. It is endowed with powers that be. Practicing absolute celibacy can only preserve the monthly quota of energy available to every man and woman. (I am not detailing more on this monthly quota at the present but only after an appropriate period when the time is ripe for it... shall I disclose to the world community the merits of this very important aspect of life)

This perseverance of the energy results in our catching the lift to the top instead of the routine staircase. The moment we do this... our kundalini awakening has started. This energy as and when it rises to the top gradually... we observe a quantum change in our perception of life. We rise higher on the pedestal of spirituality and ultimately the kundalini having awakened fully... the shastra pushpa within our brain opens fully and one gains enlightenment.

The moment this happens... the complete wisdom contained in the cosmos becomes available to us... we may have never read the Bhagavad Gita or the Upanishads yet, we become the knower of all. We can invoke the complete wisdom through the power of Shruti Jnana... something that is available only to one who has realized God within his life time. Practicing absolute celibacy in the present Kali Yuga is very difficult to achieve but never unachievable. Practicing patience and persistence... crossing the threshold of pain and suffering... one can step into the domain of atman the soul within that is nothing but pure absolute bliss (Ananda in Hinduism).

Experiencing absolute bliss while in the stage of Nirvikalpa Samadhi is something that can never be described in words. Having communion with God face-to-face is something every atman the soul within looks forward to right from the stage of the first manifestation until the last. Awakening of Kundalini is the last stage in the life of a serious spiritual seeker. It is a really wonderful and indescribable experience.

We must all strive to achieve this stage come whatever may!

Full text of query: i know i'm energy, i know everything around me is energy but I don't see it what is the best way to awaken my kundalini, and also I have a friend she wonts to be the best she can for god and she try's her best. Ok this is the situation her parents miss treats her in every way but still she carrys out her duty as a dauther to try to do what right, I know she can be more but her parents stop her how can I help what do you suggest.
