I want to awaken my kundalini energy. How can I do it? How to practice celibacy?

There is
a difference between desiring and achieving something. Most human beings on Mother
Earth desire becoming one like Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ or Prophet
Mohammed! But how many desires get fulfilled. Truly speaking... not even one!
In the house of God desires and wishes carry no meaning.
Similar
as mangoes cannot grow on a guava tree... the entire cosmic system is governed
by the doctrine of karma... the law of karma! As we sow so shall we reap... nothing
less or more! And what is karma? Karma is that ingrained factor in the cosmic
system by help of which every soul atman manifests body after another and finally
reaches its ultimate goal of life!
In
absence of karma every single soul atman would remain sandwiched as an inert matter...
doing absolutely nothing in the cosmic system! Devoid of the doctrine of karma...
the whole Cosmos would become redundant! It is only the law of karma that makes
the whole cosmic system go round and round.
It
is only through the complex process of karma every soul atman manifests a series
of 8.4 million bodies (an earthly domain of 96.4 million years). Devoid of any
karma required further... the soul atman regains its prime pristine original pure
form! The human form finally reaches the stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana)
and finally salvation (moksha).
Absence
of karma in a soul atman announces the soul having reached the stage of plus hundred
when it becomes absolutely pure! Our manifesting the human form indicates our
soul atman contains impurities that need to be worked out through the body. Every
soul atman manifests a body to work out its karma... remove the dross impurities
within!
If you
seriously desire this to be your last manifestation... the 8.4 millionth manifestation...
full awakening of the Kundalini is necessitated! The awakening of the Kundalini
occurs when we practice absolute celibacy for a minimum period of 12 years in
continuation. Apart from practicing celibacy following the path of absolute truthfulness
is also essential.
In
whatever stage of life we are... one can always travel the spiritual path following
the Shavasana path of yoga! Practicing Neti (not this, not this) as advocated
and practiced by Maharishi Ramana one finally reaches the end goal of cosmic life.
Reaching the stage of liberation means becoming a Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus
Christ or Prophet Mohammed in present life.
Traveling
the spiritual path is not difficult but gaining enlightenment and salvation within
this life is! This can be gauged from the fact that in the last about 150 years
amongst 6500 million people existing on Mother Earth only two persons reached
the stage of enlightenment. They were Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Maharishi
Ramana.
Reading and
digesting everything related to Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Maharishi Ramana
is a sure short method of gaining enlightenment and finally salvation within this
life. Gaining liberation from the cycle of birth and death forever is the ultimate
goal of life for every soul atman.
Whether
we do it now or many manifestations henceforth is the sole prerogative of every
individual human being. Who knows what we shall be in the next manifestation...
why not travel the spiritual path now! Always remember we have one life to live!
Life
in the spiritual domain is not governed by whims and fancies... likes and desires!
If we desire gaining liberation from the cycle of birth and death forever in our
present life we need to work it out. We need to perform the requisite karma...
rather we require burning our karma in totality. No karma... one finally emancipates
the ephemeral life forever!
Practicing
absolute celibacy is not that easy. Spiritual stalwarts like sage Vishwamitra
and Acharya Rajneesh (aka Osho) miserably failed on this account. Practicing the
celibacy mantra truthfully... one can finally overcome the sexual desires forever!
Practice of celibacy is always voluntary... the desire must always come from within!
All
sorts of carnal desires prohibit human beings practicing the celibacy mantra!
One in billion succeeds! In the cosmic system... nothing is impossible! Mounted
with the bulldog determination of Winston Churchill and all eggs in one basket...
one can finally transcend Samsara (worldly life) forever!

Vrata! At 17 years of age you can definitely travel the spiritual path! When I
started in search of God at 11 years of age... I simply ate God, drank God and
slept God all the time! Nothing except God Almighty mattered to me.
To
find God I was always prepared to face death head-on! Nothing could have swayed
me from the path of absolute truthfulness I followed all the time. For me every
female in the world was my mother, sister or daughter! I never had a fourth relationship!
The
journey... the uncharted territory of spirituality was so tough... I do not remember
how many times I had to eat hell for breakfast... how many contemplations of suicide!
Still... I continued my journey come whatever may! My every karma was directed
towards God Almighty. I had to reach God come whatever may.
At
37 years of age I finally liberated myself from the cycle of birth and death forever.
Having gained victory over death for all practical purposes I have become immortal!
For me... death carries no further meaning! Devoid of all impurities... I have
become a pure soul! The moment I leave my body I shall but enter the abode of
God... the kingdom of God (aka Baikuntha in Hinduism).
Apart
from practicing celibacy, the awakening of the Kundalini... there are many other
factors that one needs overcoming! Gradually as we proceed on the spiritual path...
we can overcome all one by one! What ultimately matters is... the patience, persistence
and perseverance practiced in day-to-day life!
