How to awaken Kundalini Shakti... the coiled serpentine energy lying dormant in base of spine... is a query often asked by people on Internet! Kundalini awakening is not a days, months or years process... full awakening of kundalini involves thousands of lives in human form! Full kundalini awakening in one lifetime limited by 70 to 80 years of life is nothing less than a feat!

However if one has the will and the desire to reach God in one's lifetime... one can definitely awaken kundalini shakti in present life time! Mounted with willpower demonstrated by Swami Vivekananda any human being world over could master kundalini... reach final end of life... the 8.4 millionth manifestation... last in cosmic life cycle!

As ordained by God Almighty... full awakening of kundalini energy is set with certain preconditions... foremost of which being practice of absolute celibacy for a minimum period of 12 years in continuation! To awaken Kundalini Shakti fully... practice of absolute celibacy for a period of 12 years in continuation is an absolute must... one cannot do without!

But prior to practising absolute celibacy... one need establishing absolute control over five senses and mind! Establishing control over five senses and mind is a very difficult task... prime reason why in spite of best efforts most human beings world over failed to awaken their kundalini shakti fully in present life time!

In a world dominated by material needs... supported by a bloated ego most human beings pursued materialistic goal of life! Can such people ever be expected to transcend ephemeral domain and finally reach stage of enlightenment... kaivalya jnana? Only those who exhibited willpower that of Swami Vivekananda were fit enough to awaken their Kundalini Shakti in present life!

Kundalini energy... the coiled Serpentine energy existing in our base of spine needs to be released so that through process of transmutation human beings finally transgressed all limitations of mortal life! The most potent of all cosmic energies... semen needs to be transmuted towards more creative pursuits of life!

God Almighty ordained a particular quota of energy provided to every man and woman... month after month... year after year! Some whiled away this potent cosmic energy through pure physical channels... while others who travelled spiritual path transmuted this cosmic energy towards the only goal of life... reaching God in present life time!

There is no dearth of cosmic energy available to mankind yet, none seems to travel spiritual path... the uncharted path that directly leads to God Almighty! One could not reach God Almighty via path of religion... path of rituals! Kundalini Shakti... kundalini energy can never be awakened by indulgence in religious rituals alone!

When 11 years of age... I had a deep-rooted desire to see and meet God in this very life! By 13, my simple desire turned to firm conviction... no matter what in this very life I shall see and meet God! 25 years of yoga meditation... I was finally successful in full awakening of kundalini shakti... the coiled Serpentine energy lying dormant in base of spine!

It is only by transmuting my sexual desires... by establishing absolute control over five senses and mind... by annihilating karma to zero I finally reached God in the wee hours of third of August 1993! I have reached the cosmic end of life... 8.4 millionth manifestation! Nowhere to go further... I shall but attain salvation (moksha) the moment I leave my mortal frame!

As can be witnessed by humanity... most human beings in day-to-day life indulged in trivialities of life! One could not awaken Kundalini Shakti unless we have only one goal of life... reaches God in present life time! For establishing absolute control over five senses and mind... one needs travelling path of absolute truthfulness... always and ever!

So much so that not a single lapse on path of absolute truthfulness is ever permitted! For any reason if we committed sins... we had to absolve self of all sins by atoning for all sins committed knowingly or unknowingly! Atonement is only possible by practising forgiveness... forgiving others for the sake of mankind... for reaching God in present life time!

In the present sensual environment... practising absolute celibacy for 12 years in continuation is another hurdle! By practising celibacy mantra... by treating all women folk world over as their mother, sister or daughter... any human being can transcend the mortal world by eradicating traces of dross impurities within our soul atman!

By indulgence in good karma... positive karma all the time human beings can eliminate last traces of karma... finally annihilating it to zero. The moment dross impurities within our soul atman removed forever... the need to manifest karma by our soul atman ceased to exist! Our soul atman... the spirit within finally gained absolute purity forever!

Kundalini awakening is the path... reaching God our absolute goal of life! Practice of absolute celibacy is the path... reaching God in present life time our goal of life!

Path of absolute truthfulness is difficult to travel... but not impossible! We have to maintain certain level of purity of thoughts to practice absolute celibacy and eradicate traces of karma within our soul atman! Unless we practiced absolute truthfulness in all walks of life... we could never establish absolute control over five senses and mind!

The moment absolute control over five senses gets established firmly... control over mind becomes easy!

Full awakening of kundalini shakti can never be exercised via path of sexual indulgence! Indulgence in sex never leads to awakening of kundalini energy! It is a misnomer that experiences of orgasm in a sexual relationship led to awakening of Kundalini Shakti! No matter how much pleasure one derived from a sexual relationship... kundalini awakening is not possible through path of sex!

Indulgence in sex on path of pure spirituality... full awakening of kundalini shakti is like making a hole in pitcher! Instead of transmuting cosmic energies towards the only goal of life... by indulgence in sex we are draining the much-needed cosmic energy to propel one towards God Almighty! More and more instances of sexual indulgence finally deprave us of the much-needed cosmic energy that is vital towards full awakening of Kundalini Shakti!

People in West indulged in sex for awakening of kundalini shakti! Such people experienced intermittent states of bliss but never full awakening of kundalini shakti that was necessitated for reaching God in present life time! No matter how intense the sexual relationship... full awakening of Kundalini Shakti never occurs in a sexual relationship!

On the contrary... one who establishes absolute control over sexual inhibitions finally succeeds in full awakening of kundalini shakti... the coiled Serpentine energy lying dormant in base of spine! For awakening of Kundalini Shakti... one needs cosmic energy rising up our spine! This only becomes possible by transmutation of semen through practice of celibacy mantra!

How difficult kundalini awakening is... can be gauged from the fact that in the last about 150 years amongst 7 billion people existing world over... only two persons finally succeeded in full awakening of kundalini shakti and reaching God in their lifetime... spiritual stalwarts Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Maharishi Ramana!

Both these spiritual stalwarts started their spiritual journey via path of bhakti yoga (path of rituals) but finally switched to path of jnana yoga (path of absolute wisdom)! For full awakening of kundalini shakti... contemplation on pearls of wisdom contained in Bhagavad Gita was necessitated! Contemplation is the only path that leads one to God Almighty.

Logical reasoning... path of contemplation... path of self enquiry... path of Neti (not this, not this) as preached and advocated by Maharishi Ramana is a sure shot method of reaching God in present life time! Most human beings on mother earth never indulged in contemplation! Remaining immersed in rituals (path of religion) one reaches nowhere!

It is only through path of contemplation... logistical reaching one could assimilate jnana (wisdom) contained in sacred Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism! The contents of Bhagavad Gita... gist of Bhagavad Geeta... teachings of Bhagwad Gita can never be understood literally... it demands reading in between the lines!

For understanding Bhagavad Gita... full awakening of Kundalini Shakti is necessitated! One who has the requisite will demonstrated by Swami Vivekananda... was the most favored pupil of God Almighty! Such human beings are never short of blessings of God Almighty... grace of God Almighty! People like Swami Vivekananda can easily reach God Almighty in present life time!
