You are an engineering graduate desirous of entering elite IAS services (Indian administrative service)! You still have a long way to go in life yet, you are desirous of kundalini awakening... kundalini jagran so that you could awaken the sleeping country... the sleeping behemoth from its slumber!

Even a straightforward IAS officer T.N. Seshan could not achieve it... yet you aspire for the same! For cutting across established parameters of Indian society... one needs willpower of Swami Vivekananda... the bulldog determination of Winston Churchill... the absolute willingness of Joan of Arc... it is simply a matter of do or die!

The bigger the bet... the more corrupt one turned out to be... so is my experience! The gist of life lay not in hollowed promises but the will to do and die! A country like India cannot expect much out of an engineering graduate... still, we never know! To take the reins of a country like India we have to become a Chanakya (the most able administrator in the history of mankind).

Chanakya was not a king... he was a kingmaker! He helped Chandragupta Maurya in becoming a king in face of extreme adversities so that enemy at the door could be defeated outright! Repeated onslaught of Islamic barbarians stirred the sleeping David from his slumber! The Muslim invaders from the East must be stopped in their tracks before they entered India (erstwhile Bharatvarsha) and in that Chanakya excelled.

In the entire history of India... there is none like Chanakya who finally succeeded in stopping the flow of Islamic invaders from the East! This feat was achieved by Chanakya by grooming Chandragupta Maurya to become a king fit enough to face the enemy and even handle local in fights between various mountains war lords.

To pursue IAS services and simultaneously indulge in kundalini Jagran... kundalini awakening is next to impossible! Why? One path needs excelling in civil services... the other in spiritual achievements! Both these fields of activity are 180° apart! Either we become a successful civil servant or pursue path of pure spirituality as did by Swami Vivekananda.

The path of kundalini yoga... full awakening of Kundalini Shakti demands highest level of patience, persistence and perseverance that can ever be practiced by human beings! Pursuing a career in civil service... this becomes impossible and most human beings leave the spiritual path midway! Before we make a mockery of the whole system... we must choose our definite path!

The path of kundalini yoga takes one directly to abode of God. The moment our kundalini awakened fully... one gained enlightenment (kaivalya jnana)... becoming enlightened one like Mahavira or Gautama Buddha! Becoming an enlightened master like Mahavira, Gautama Buddha is not that easy as we think.

Prime reason why in the last about 150 years world over only two persons succeeded in reaching stage of enlightenment... Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Maharishi Ramana! Both these spiritual stalwarts had a definite purpose in life... other than gaining self realization... they also wanted to serve the community by imparting spiritual wisdom so gained!

The path of kundalini yoga is one-sided. The path of pure spirituality is one-sided. Once our kundalini shakti starts awakening... there is no way we can return to the mortal fold! The bud... once it starts opening to bloom into a flower... it cannot become a bud again! On the path of kundalini yoga... all is left behind... even our parents, brother and sisters... the entire family!

There are no dangers on path of kundalini yoga except we are all alone in the journey of life! It is very likely that we do not get a spiritual master... a preceptor to guide us in this uncharted hidden journey of life! No matter how best I tried... I could never get a spiritual master to guide me in the spiritual journey of life! Kundalini awakening at times is really frightful. Why?

Facing the multi-hooded cobra head-on demands exemplary levels of self enquiry and contemplation! Until we reached the depth of what multi-hooded cobra is all about... we do not reach anywhere on path of kundalini awakening! Establishing absolute control over multi-hooded cobra is reaching stage of enlightenment... kaivalya jnana!

Kundalini awakening... Kundalini Jagran... kundalini yoga... all are directly related to the stage of enlightenment! One cannot become an enlightened one until our kundalini awakened fully. Full awakening of kundalini energy results in opening of Sahasra Pushpa (thousand petaled Lotus) within our brain behind the forehead!

Opening of Sahasra Pushpa (thousand petaled Lotus) announces one having reached stage of enlightenment... kaivalya jnana... Nirvikalpa samadhi... absolute nothingness! One finally comes in contact with God Almighty on one-to-one basis! Liberating self from cycle of birth and death forever one finally enters abode of God... kingdom of God (termed Vaikuntha in Hinduism)!

At no stage of life spirituality can be practiced commercially! It is not that we pursue materialistic goal of life and also think of awakening kundalini shakti fully! Awakening of Kundalini Shakti is not that easy as many world over think! Even an enlightened master cannot awaken the kundalini of one... no matter what! Why?

For full awakening of kundalini shakti we have to establish absolute control over five senses and mind! Furthermore we need to practice absolute celibacy for a minimum period of 12 years in continuation. Taking control of five senses and mind... practising celibacy for a minimum period of 12 years in continuation is really difficult... rather impossible!

In a sensual environment where material wealth rules the roost... stopping the flow of negative thoughts to our brain in totality is really difficult! Celibacy simply does not mean abstention from sexual indulgence. 90% celibacy is practiced mentally. Stopping the flow of negative thoughts to our brain in totality is what celibacy is all about!

Remaining absorbed in trivialities of life... we can definitely attempt traveling path of spirituality but to reach higher brackets of spiritual realm demands our foregoing all physical inhibitions! Our connection with the material world ceased to exist... the moment we entered a serious phase of spiritual development!

Before entering the spiritual world one needs ascertaining whether we have the capability to sustain even in most adverse circumstances! I have seen people traveling spiritual path for 10 to 15 years in continuation and then succumbing to the material world! Such people ultimately lose everything in life... for they become incompetent to live neither a normal life nor a spiritual one!

 Full text of query: Sometimes I finished my engineering, my aim is to become an IAS officer so as to try to ragain the glory of nation that has lost due to diversion of its citizen from the path of devotion, duties and spirituality and it resulted in the nation fill with the characterless and moralless citizens, a common man, students are doing major contribution in crime. It is bacause the lack of education, no alpha, beta, electron etc. can provide a citizen of good character. Spiritual teaching is must to make the countrymen patriotic and it must be started from class 6 but alas the poor countrymen! I somehow got some good teachings and values by reading biographies of great people like Ramprasad Bismil, chandrashekhar azadetc. and soon they became my ideals and I vowed to serve the nation in the every possible way and vowed to be celibate in every means-thinking, physically etc.

 Ok, i understood that none can awaken kundalini without being celibate for 12 years. I have a question in mind that arises when i read "Pantanjalyogpradeep", In this book, it is written that during the process of Kundalini jagran the disciple faced the various experiences during meditation which produce a lot of fears and they even may proved to be very dangereous and fatal. it was written as a warning note. If this is true?
