It was my mistake... I interpreted your query wrongly! After death of human body... the soul atman manifested... reincarnated a new body immediately based on residual balance of karma of that moment! Only if matching parents were not available on mother earth... the soul atman hibernated in heaven or hell (termed Swarga and Naraka in Hinduism)!

In heaven (swarga) if the residual balance of karma was positive... and hell (naraka), if negative! Both heaven and hell existed in sun... heaven in core of sun where temperatures exceeded millions of degrees centigrade. It is in such high-temperatures our soul atman felt comfortable. Hell existed in periphery of sun where temperatures were considerably less. It is in such low temperatures our soul atman suffered for eternity. In Hinduism a soul is termed atman.

No sooner matching parents became available on mother earth... the hibernating soul atman immediately manifested a new body and started new cycle of life! This chain of manifestation continued uninterrupted... body after body until our soul atman reached 8.4 millionth manifestation... last in cosmic life cycle!

Goal of every soul atman... every human being is reaching 8.4 millionth manifestation... last in cosmic life cycle! Every single human being on mother earth has to become a man god like Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ or Prophet Mohammed! We may or may not want to travel spiritual path in present life... but the cosmic goal is always fixed!

Human beings reaching stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and finally salvation (moksha) announced our soul atman gaining absolute purity forever! In absence of dross impurities within our soul atman... need for soul atman to manifest a new body now ceased to exist! The liberated soul atman finally entered abode of god... kingdom of god (termed Vaikuntha in Hinduism)!

The question of discouraging ladies to travel spiritual path does not arise! In the entire history of mankind only two ladies till date gained enlightenment... the famous philosopher saint Gargi and Maitreyi... the second dutiful wife of Sage Jnanavalakya... composer and compiler of most voluminous Upanishad... Brihadarankya Upanishad!

Comparatively not hundreds... but thousands of men from India gained enlightenment! For reaching stage of enlightenment human beings needed to undergo a chain of 1.1 million manifestations... that entailed an earthly journey of 12.4 million years! Gaining enlightenment in a lifespan of 70 to 80 years is almost next to impossible!

Only people that exhibited willpower demonstrated by Swami Vivekananda were fit enough to travel spiritual path and finally reach stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana)!
